Long Time Gone

May was great.  The Warblers were almost non-existent.  The Sandpipers were numerous.
My best birds:
White-eyed Vireo in Rooks
Wood Thrush in Rooks
Lewis's Woodpecker in Gove
Lazuli Bunting in Scott
Piping Plover, Ruddy Turnstone, and Sanderling in Rooks
After the Wilson's and Parula in April, the only migratory warbler I got was a Tennessee in my yard.  Sad, so sad.  The sandpipers made up for the paucity of warblers.
